REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. EasyCabi is a specialty cabinet installation tool designed to support, align, and assist with cabinet mounting during installation.
If you experience an issue with your EasyCabi Installation System, please contact us so we can review the concern and discuss available options. To help us assist you faster, please include your order number, photos if applicable, and a brief explanation of the issue.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to help verify the issue.
After review, EasyCabi may offer a replacement, repair option, or other resolution at our discretion.
PRODUCT USE AND INSTALLATION
EasyCabi is intended to assist with cabinet installation support and alignment. Customers are responsible for using the product safely, properly, and in accordance with all instructions provided.
EasyCabi is not responsible for damage, injury, or installation issues caused by misuse, improper setup, unsafe work conditions, overloaded cabinets, altered product parts, or failure to follow product instructions.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved by EasyCabi.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests may be possible up until the time the shipping label is generated. All cancellation requests are reviewed by EasyCabi and may be denied if the order has already been packed, labeled, shipped, dropped off, or collected by the carrier.
